Following the lessons prescribed in the book "40 Days to Enlightened Eating" by Elise Cantrell, together we will explore the ins and outs of a healthier eating style. With the support of the group, we will take a 40-day journey of optimal eating based on Ayurveda (yoga for your tummy!)  for ideal weight, health, energy and vitality. Saturday sessions will include: discussion, food prep demos, samples & recipe ideas. You will also receive weekly motivational emails! 40 DAYS RUN FROM FEBRUARY 23RD-APRIL 3RD

Relax class for those who crave relaxation. Consists of slow, yet consistent, movement. Great for new yogis!
RECOMMENDED FOR BEGINNERS!

All Level class designed for confident newbies and those with some experience, a slightly more challenging practice

Strala class designed by Strala NY. An easygoing and lighthearted style, which promotes growth through consistency. Each class is similar in nature and includes several challenges, although suitable for various levels. Experience is highly recommended.

CORE a fun yet challenging class that integrates breathwork, movement/flow, CORE-strength and body awareness. This is a full body workout that will leave your core sore! Experience required.

Aromatherapy a practice that consists of a movement and breath in a lavender infused environment. Some experience recommended. Not recommended if pregnant.
