Ever want to journal but uncertain of where to begin? Do you find it hard to put pen to paper? This is the series of classes for you! Each class will start with some mind- opening poses to get the creative juices flowing. Then we will explore different ways to get that pen moving! No need to be a writer!!! HEART-MADE HOLIDAY GIFT CLASS

The best gifts for the holidays are those made with your hands and heart. Following the 9:15 heart-opening class we will learn to make a selection of "heart-made" gifts. You will take home: Cinnamon Bath Fizzles, Orange Ginger Sugar Scrub and Lemon Dream Cuticle Cream. MUST pre-register!
Relax/Beginner class for those who crave relaxation. Consists of slow, yet consistent, movement. Great for new yogis!

Strala class designed by Strala NY. An easygoing and lighthearted style, which promotes growth through consistency. Each class is similar in nature and includes several challenges, although suitable for various levels. Experience is highly recommended.
CORE a fun yet challenging class that integrates breathwork, movement/flow, CORE-strength and body awareness. This is a full body workout that will leave your core sore! Experience required.
Flow All Level LOTS of movement and breath. Because of the pace of the class, some experience is recommended.
