In this Arm Balancing workshop we will spend time exploring postures that prepare us to turn in and tap into our center of power, our love of play and the exhilarating fearlessness of flight.
CORE STRENGTH WITH THE ROLLER

Tone up and stretch out head-to-toe with this core-burning class! We will work and play with balance, myofascial release self massage and some serious abdominal challenges.
