HOT YOGA DETOX

THERAPEUTIC ROLLING & SELF MASSAGE
September 16th (Friday) 5:30-7:00PM $20 In this 90 minute workshop you will learn how to use a foam roller to reduce chronic muscle tension and pain, release myofascial restrictions, and gain greater flexibility and strength. Various rolling techniques will be demonstrated to help target every place in your body and relieve your aches and pains. Participants will leave feeling refreshed and restored. THIS CLASS IS LIMITED TO THE FIRST 15 TO RESPOND AND PROVIDE PAYMENT!
TAKE FLIGHT - ARM BALANCE WORKSHOP

Arm balances are fun and uplifting for the body, mid and heart. They bring a playful, liberating aspect to our practice and allow us to be present in the moment without judgement or preconceived notions. In this Arm Balancing workshop we will spend time exploring postures that prepare us to turn in and tap into our center of power, our love of play ad the exhilarating fearlessness of flight.
CORE STRENGTH WITH THE ROLLER

Tone up and stretch out head-to-toe with this core-burning class! We will work and play with balance, myofascial release self massage and some serious abdominal challenges. In this 90 minute workshop be prepared to work hard but you will also find plenty of time to relax. THIS CLASS IS LIMITED TO THE FIRST 15 TO RESPOND AND PROVIDE PAYMENT!
Relax/Beginner class for those who crave relaxation. Consists of slow, yet consistent, movement. Great for new yogis!
RECOMMENDED FOR BEGINNERS!
All Level class designed for confident newbies and those with some experience, a slightly more challenging practice
CORE a fun yet challenging class that integrates breathwork, movement/flow, CORE-strength and body awareness. This is a full body workout that will leave your core sore! Experience required.
Flow All Level LOTS of movement and breath. Because of the pace of the class, some experience is recommended.
