Relax/Beginner for those who crave relaxation. Consists of slow, yet consistent, movement.

All Level designed for confident newbies and those with some experience.

CORE a fun yet challenging class that integrates breathwork, movement/flow, CORE-strength and body awareness. This is a full body workout that will leave your core sore! Experience required.

Flow All Level LOTS of movement and breath. Because of the pace of the class, experience is recommended.

Join us for an evening to inspire peace and harmony during this busy time of year. This workshop will include a series of meditiations interwoven through our practice. The room will be illuminated by candlelight and hands on relaxation techniques will be performed by Angela. Expect to leave feeling relaxed and restored.

CORE STRENGTH WITH THE ROLLER

Tone up and stretch out head-to-toe with this core class! We will work and play with balance, myofascial release self massage and some serious abdominal challenges. In this 90 minute workshop be prepared to work hard but you will also find plenty of time to relax. THIS CLASS IS LIMITED TO THE FIRST 15 TO RESPOND AND PROVIDE PAYMENT!
